TO ENTER OR WIN: To enter and become eligible to win the NALGENE LabPix Sweepstakes, submit your name, title, company, address, telephone and fax number and email address on a 3 x 5 card. Send it to Thermo Scientific LabPix Promotion, 75 Panorama Creek Drive, Rochester, NY 14625. You may also enter to win by visiting our website at www.NALGENELabPix.com. and using the on-line entry form. All entries will be entered into one drawing.

All entries that are submitted by mail must be post-marked before January 30, 2009. All entries that are submitted via our website must be received by no later than 11:59 PM (EST) on the specified date. No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes or to win. Please submit only one entry per person. Multiple or mechanically reproduced entries are ineligible and Nalge Nunc International, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or otherwise deficient entries. All such entries will be disqualified. Nalge Nunc International shall make all decisions regarding disqualification of entries in its sole discretion.

Seven (7) winners of the NALGENE LabPix Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on or about 30 days from closing date at Nalge Nunc International facility located in Rochester, NY. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Decisions of Nalge Nunc International are final. Winners will be notified by email on or about thirty (30) days after the drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Entry is limited to individuals who are residents within the U.S. and Canada and at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. This sweepstakes is not open to employees of either Nalge Nunc International or Fisher Scientific, their families or employees of any company affiliated with Nalge Nunc International, its agents or its Authorized Distribution network. Entrants into the sweepstakes and/or photo contest will remain active in the sweepstake and photo contest for the entire duration of the events, unless drawn as a winner from the previous quarterly drawing.

THE PRIZES FOR THE NALGENE LabPix SWEEPSTAKES. 7 (Seven) Prize Winners will be selected to receive one of the prizes listed below:

Grand Prize - (1 winner) Samsung - SyncMaster 24" Widescreen Flat-Panel TFT-LCD Monitor, Approximate Retail Value: $499.00.

2nd Place - (3 winners) 1 each: Apple® - iPod® nano 8GB* MP3 Player - Black, and JBL - On Stage Portable Music Station for Apple® iPod™ - Black Approximate Retail Value: $350.00

3rd Place - (3 winners) Best Buy.com Gift Card, Retail Value: $100.00

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the stated prize is unavailable at time of drawing, a substitute of equal or greater value will be awarded. Awards may also be substituted for NALGENE or NUNC brand product.

LABPIX PHOTO GALLERY OFFER. One NALGENE loop-top water bottle or NALGENE Go Green Tote Bag will be awarded to each entrant who submits a qualifying photo to the LabPix photo gallery. Photos must contain at least one NALGENE labware product. NALGENE Outdoor consumer products (loop-top bottles) do not qualify. All photos sourced from existing websites without creative modifications do not qualify (NALGENE, NALGENE Distributors, ect.). All photos will be judged by Nalge Nunc International for suitability and appropriateness prior to posting. Monthly first place photo's will be chosen (one per quarter (July, Oct, and Jan). Photos will be judged based on attributes such as: creative use of product and setting, ingenuity, and overall photo quality. The person submitting the monthly first place photo will be awarded a Kodak - 8" LCD Digital Photo Frame, approximate Retail value of $150.00. Decisions of Nalge Nunc International are final. Multiple photos are accepted. Limit one NALGENE loop-top water bottle and one sweepstakes entry per person. Loop-top bottle offer available to the first 500 Gallery submittals only. All photo entries become property of Nalge Nunc International and can be used in conjunction with the Nalgene LabPix promotion, emails, and other public uses and display.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Award of prize is subject to verification of selected entrant as an eligible winner. Upon verification, prizes will be awarded to the individual identified as the entrant in the winning entry form. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual submitting an entry, Nalge Nunc International may deem on-line entries to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain association with the submitted email address. Selected entrants may be requested to provide Nalge Nunc International with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Entry constitutes permission to use the winners' names, likenesses and/or biographical data by Nalge Nunc International or its authorized agents without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner. Entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and will abide by all official rules. Nalge Nunc International reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

This sweepstakes is subject to all international federal, state and local regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law or company policy. Prize winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes. Prizewinners are solely responsible for their actions and agree to release and hold Nalge Nunc International, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, parent and affiliate companies harmless from any liability arising in connection with their prize.

Nalge Nunc International, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes. Nalge Nunc International reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process in any manner.

Winners will be posted on our website at www.NALGENELabPix.com on or about 45 days after drawing date.
